Join Community Card File by completing the sign up form on this page. Be sure to enter your email address correctly. A copy of the completed form will be emailed to the address you provide in the form.

If there is info on your business card that you do not want displayed on Community Card File, strike a pen line over it (~~strikethrough~~). You may choose to omit a cell phone number, for example.

If you do strike information from your card, be sure to send us two cards: one with the strikethrough edits, and one clean business card with no handwriting on it.

No payment required for Basic Free! service, but you must complete the sign up form to the left before your free service is activated.
Choose Essential or Professional for additional service options.

Pay by personal check, or pay now using a credit card or PayPal account. If you select 'Bill Me', we will send you an invoice by email.

In an envelope place:

a printed copy of the completed sign up form sent to you by email
payment by check or a printed receipt of online payment
your business card (two cards if you ~~strike~~ info NOT for display)
